  • What is the Quality Guarantee?

All our products have a  two year warranty against faulty components or materials.  Please note that in five years of  working with these products we have never had any defects or warranty claims.
 

  • Shipping Options?

You can collect from us if you wish.  We can arrange delivery to you.  We can deliver, assemble and install for you if you wish for a minimal cost depending on your location within New Zealand.  Sorry, we do not ship to overseas locations.  Freight costs are too high.

  • How do I find out how much shipping/installation is prior to purchasing?

You can enquire against the product you would like to purchase and we will email you a quote​

for shipping and installation if required.

  • Where are you located?

We are located in Auckland, New Zealand.​

  • Can I view your products before purchasing?

Yes you can, please fill out our contact form or phone 0276868082 to organise a time to view our collection.

  • What are your payment options?

We can provide an invoice which you can choose to pay via credit card, bank transfer or cash (in store).
